About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced luxury hospitality professional to join our team at Mamma's Inn. As a butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of perfect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing tailored support to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, always maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality.
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring seamless check-in experiences.
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests, demonstrating attention to detail and discretion.
  • Provide, arrange for, or refer guests to valet parking services, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Plan for social events and guest programs, showcasing your creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Handle luggage for hotel guests, displaying a sense of urgency and efficiency.
  • Escort incoming guests to their rooms, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space, demonstrating active listening skills and empathy.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar position is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
