About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MACEWEN WELLINGTON (21725). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
