We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
About the Role
This is an administrative position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new procedures, establishing priorities, and carrying out various tasks to ensure the effective management of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and Evaluate New Procedures: You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish Work Priorities: You will establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry Out Administrative Activities: You will carry out various administrative activities such as preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Administer Policies and Procedures: You will administer policies and procedures for record release under government legislation.
- Coordinate Office Services: You will coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
- Budget Preparation and Control: You will assist in budget preparation and maintain controls.
- Oversee Office Administration: You will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Plan and Control Budget Expenditures: You will plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- English language proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
