- Build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities and attending to individual care needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
- Participate in the development of care plans and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Respond to the dining needs of our residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
