We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 1342260 BC Ltd O/A Made in India. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked and efficient kitchen.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and recruit and hire new staff as needed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, organized, and ability to work in a team environment.
