About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Entering data and conducting research as needed
  • Interacting with clients to provide information about products and services, and resolving complaints
  • Evaluating client needs and proposing solutions
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken)
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • General experience in customer service
  • Strong technical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
