Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Montreal's West Island. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the profitable operation of our food service offerings and contributing to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by Example: Build and maintain a culture of excellence in service, ensuring that every guest interaction is exceptional.
- Implement and Enforce Policies: Develop and apply company policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with various departments and guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Guest Satisfaction: Warmly welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
- Team Management: Oversee human resource management, including hiring, training, and coaching, to ensure a high-performing team.
- Financial Management: Ensure effective management of financial and material resources, optimizing sales and labor costs.
- Facility Management: Conduct daily inspections of facilities and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards.
- Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management (an asset).
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the hospitality sector (an asset).
