About Double Menton et Saucisson

We are a dynamic restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives.
    • Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers to minimize disruptions.
    • Negotiate offers from suppliers to secure the best deals.
    • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
    • Maintain computerized stock inventory to track sales and inventory levels.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage.
    • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Event Management
    • Manage events to increase revenue and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
    • Initiative and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
