Job Overview:

The Franchisee Onboarding Partner plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our franchisees. This role involves partnering with new franchisees to guide them through the onboarding process, coordinating training, and ensuring they meet our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with new franchisees to develop a comprehensive onboarding plan
  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure franchisees meet our brand standards
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees, their teams, and management to drive pre-opening training
  • Collaborate with Franchise Business Partners to provide support and guidance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of operations experience in QSR, retail, food & beverage, or similar industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to present operational information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel throughout Canada
