About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at McMaster Children's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients in various settings, including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), inpatient wards, and the Pediatric Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized respiratory care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy
  • Current Registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario
  • Experience engaging in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Willingness to precept respiratory therapy clinical students
What We Offer

Hamilton Health Sciences offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan and generous time-off policies.
