Job Overview

We are seeking a Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at McMaster Children's Hospital. This temporary full-time night shift position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients in the PICU, inpatient wards, and Pediatric Emergency Department
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Engage with respiratory therapy clinical students through precepting and mentorship
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy
  • Current Registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario
  • Experience working in a pediatric setting, preferably in a critical care environment
