About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Account Executive to join our team at Secure Exchanges. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for market acquisition, development, and maintenance in Quebec and Ontario. Your primary focus will be on prospecting for new business in the region, as well as managing and maintaining our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline using various methods such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking in our targeted accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects in the territory, resulting in growth opportunities.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts, identifying and closing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of cybersecurity technology.
  • A track record of outperforming and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to train business champions and execute a sales process.
  • Experience in SaaS volume sales is a major asset.
  • Previous training in sales methodology is an asset.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity technology is a plus.
  • Responsible, motivated, and competitive individual with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to learn quickly and establish credibility.
  • Bilingual: French and English.
  • Must reside in Quebec.

Compensation

$50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus possible bonus.
