Job Title: Sr. Technical Desktop Analyst

Location: Remote

Type: 12 month Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their desktop systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop systems, including password resets, ID administration, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Work in a mixed Unix/Windows environment, including AIX, Windows 2003/2007/2008/2010, and Active Directory.
  • Provide excellent customer service, with a strong focus on executive-level support and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in desktop support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-year college diploma or university degree in a technology-related discipline.
  • MCSE, MCP, A+ industry certifications preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in PC support and networking.
  • Recent experience with Lotus Notes (Ver. 7 or 8) password resets and ID administration.
  • Experience providing support to senior executives.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • BlackBerry support experience required (client and BES).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make frequent work re-prioritization decisions.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
