We partner with our clients to design fit-for-purpose solutions that address their communities' unique needs throughout the water infrastructure lifecycle. As an Administrative Coordinator for the Water Prairies and Territories team, you will play a key role in supporting our work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing various administrative tasks such as mail distribution, data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing calendars.
  • Scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, organizing lunches, and handling special requests.
  • Coordinating travel itineraries and arrangements.
  • Maintaining weekly timecards submissions and reviewing project and internal submittals in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Processing expense reports and recording invoices.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential. Flexibility to learn new skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.

You will primarily work in an office setting with occasional need to work outside or at client sites. You must be willing to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A typical day in this role would involve working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that may be required of the employee.

Stantec offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health, dental, and vision plans, a well-being program, health care spending account, wellness spending accounts, group registered retirement savings plan, employee stock purchase program, group tax-free savings account, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage, and paid time off.
