Responsibilities:
  • Establish personalized telephone contact with clients to create a climate of trust conducive to selling home or auto insurance policies.
  • Work with agents to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused review process to educate clients about insurance options.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A successful record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Sales experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with various types of insurance plans.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions and building relationships.
  • Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Basic math skills.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in property and casualty disciplines such as underwriting, claims, sales or service.
  • Property and Casualty license (preferred). Obtain if not already obtained.
  • Prior sales experience.
