About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our Personal Insurance Team at HUB International. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build their insurance career and manage a book of business supported by a great leadership team and work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of an existing book of business, ensuring exceptional service and growth opportunities for clients.
  • Service, Quote and Sell Home and Auto insurance policies based on clients' needs, leveraging industry expertise and product knowledge.
  • Provide a superior client experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Underwrite new and existing business for pricing and risk analysis, utilizing technical skills and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with a great team of insurance brokers and leaders, receiving coaching and mentoring support to drive success.
  • Contribute insights to drive company forward as a member of the Personal Insurance team, sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • RIBO license required, demonstrating professional competence in the field.
  • Must be fluent in Korean (written and verbal), enhancing language capabilities and cultural understanding.
  • Client experience focus, emphasizing customer-centric approach and relationship building.
  • Sales or Customer Service experience, showcasing adaptability and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software, staying up-to-date with industry technology and tools.
  • Insurance Industry designations such as CAIB, CIP an asset, highlighting commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
