Retail Brand Concepts Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Brand Concepts Designer to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our Retail Brand pod, you will be responsible for developing innovative concepts for our retail displays, refining existing ideas, and bringing them to life.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your expertise to create future-thinking brand displays, refine existing concepts, and execute them effectively.
- Develop and iterate on concepts for various channels, including flagship stores, brand stores, partner stores, and tradeshows.
- Communicate our brand effectively through visualization and presentation, ensuring a high level of fidelity through rendering.
- Prepare decks for conceptual presentations and design intents, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Partner closely with the Senior Concepts Designer to align on strategies, workflows, and future design development.
- Support our production teams with build guides and design details, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work with Brand Operations partners to track time-sensitive deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in retail design, environmental design, architectural design, or a related field. You should have excellent design and verbal/visual communication skills, with the ability to create, understand, and translate 3D concepts into 2D mock-ups.
You should be proficient in Adobe CC Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, VRay or Keyshot, Smartsheet, and MS Office. Additionally, you should have a strong knowledge of the current retail landscape and the latest trends and innovations.
