We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team at Outwitly Inc. This is a remote opportunity based in Canada.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in an executive assistant/office management role, with a post-secondary education in business administration. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work are essential.

This position requires a self-starter who can anticipate multiple directors' needs, has clear systems and composure to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensures everything gets done promptly.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

About the Job
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities, including travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Implement and manage employee surveys or feedback forms to gauge satisfaction and gather suggestions for improvement.
  • Conduct research to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Manage ongoing improvements to business processes, company policies, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Takes notes during meetings, documenting action items and following up until items are complete.
  • Various data entry tasks.
