About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Database Professional to join our team at Professional Book Fairs. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our database systems.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description
  • Collect data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure, enabling us to optimize our operations and make informed decisions.
  • Test data models and database management systems to ensure they meet our evolving needs.
  • Design and develop databases to support our business goals, leveraging your expertise to create efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Operate database management systems to analyze data, providing valuable insights that inform our strategic direction.
  • Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models to maintain data quality and security.
  • Research and document data requirements, collection, and administration policies, as well as data access rules, to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage, as well as data backup and recovery, to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
  • Familiarity with MS Office and MS Windows is essential for this role.
