We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at the Academy of Learning Career College. This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to support staff, and establishing priorities to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities, including budgeting, inventory management, and report preparation
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative position
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic office setting
