We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Stone Paradise Limited.

Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Time management and adaptability.
