Job SummaryThe Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Time management and adaptability.
