Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Exporttek Inc.

Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and budget management
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software
Working Conditions

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language

The working language is English.

Work Schedule

The Office Manager will work 40 hours per week.
