  • Utilize a hybrid model of care, including face-to-face and virtual interactions, to provide flexible and effective support.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
