Occupational Therapist Opportunity with Lifemark

We are seeking Occupational Therapists to join our team at Lifemark's Home and Community Care division, Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR). As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for completing Independent Living Services (ILS) assessments in the residential homes of injured workers throughout the province of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Personal Care Assessments, Home Safety Assessments, Home Accessibility Assessments, and Mobility A and B assessments
  • Work collaboratively with clients to schedule assessments at their convenience
  • Receive a premium rate of pay, as well as compensation for mileage, travel, and training time
  • Have the flexibility to accept or decline work based on your availability
Requirements:
  • Be in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Be an Assistive Devices Authorizer (ADP Authorizer) to perform mobility assessments
