Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team at OM Accounting Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee data, including benefits and time-off records, to maintain up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures to improve payroll efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as accounting or business administration.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in payroll or a related field, with a strong understanding of QuickBooks, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Criminal record check required.
