Position Overview

The Motel Manager at Jai Ganesh and Jalaram Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lodging facility, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP education is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage and lead a team of staff members.
  • Conduct evaluations of employee performance.
  • Execute marketing strategies to promote the facility.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Create and manage staff work schedules.
Team Management

Supervision of a team consisting of 3-4 individuals.

Transportation and Travel

Public transportation options are accessible for staff and guests.
