- Coordinate activities across various departments to enhance service delivery.
- Establish and manage work schedules and operational procedures.
- Perform the same tasks as the team members being supervised.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance.
- Address and resolve work-related issues, providing technical guidance to improve productivity and quality.
- Assist clients and guests with specific needs to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Assign, review, and coordinate the work of staff members.
- Recruit and train new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service continuity.
- Request necessary materials and supplies to support operations.
- Attention to detail is crucial in this fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a large workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime and stand for extended periods.
- Capability to perform under pressure.
- Strong accuracy and client-focused approach.
