About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Psychotherapist in our Trauma Program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients who have experienced complex mental health challenges, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on occupational analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Liaise with WSIB and community mental health partners to facilitate client goals and independence
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • University Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
  • Minimum of 1 year of general OT mental health experience
  • Completion of at least one of the following courses: CBT, ACT, DBT
