About the Role: W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Assess client needs and resources, recommending the most suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Deliver sales presentations, preparing and administering sales contracts as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
  • Train customers' staff on the operation and maintenance of our equipment, ensuring they are fully equipped to get the most out of our products.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems, working with clients to find solutions that meet their needs.
  • Supervise the activities of other technical sales specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services, providing accurate quotes to clients.

Requirements:



  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing and industrial products sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Word, with experience using other software applications relevant to the role.
