About the Role


You will be leading our Canadian Business Development Representative (BDR) team as an Outbound Sales Manager. Your key responsibilities will include owning the strategy, operations, and day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and growth targets.


Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive integrated revenue growth and execute high-impact sales strategies.


As a senior leader, you will promote WellnessLiving's unique value proposition, effectively communicate our offering, and generate excitement about product demonstrations with potential clients.


Your primary goal will be to spearhead outbound lead generation efforts across multiple channels to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.


Skillset Required


To excel in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales development, BDR, or lead gen role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in SaaS or a fast-paced tech environment.


You should have a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams, with the ability to inspire and elevate team performance. Your leadership skills, including empathy, strategic vision, and operational excellence, will help you directly influence the success of our business development team and the company as a whole.

As an Outbound Sales Manager at WellnessLiving, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
