About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our testing efforts and drive quality initiatives across the organization. As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing quality strategies, developing and maintaining test frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products
  • Design and maintain test frameworks to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on quality best practices and standards

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and leadership
  • Proven track record of improving quality and efficiency through process automation and optimization
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
