Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Capleo Global LLC. As a Senior Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance process, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality Assurance Process: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Plan and execute testing activities, including integration, functional, regression, unit, load, performance, and accessibility testing.
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various testing tools and technologies.
  • Test Data Management: Develop and maintain test data, including test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that quality assurance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders, including business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that quality assurance activities are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing.
  • Test Automation Experience: Experience with test automation tools and technologies, including Azure DevOps.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and align quality assurance activities accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Predictive and Agile Methodologies: Experience with predictive and agile methodologies, including Waterfall and Iterative.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), including leading initial UAT sessions.
