Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Capleo Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software solutions by designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality of various modules and changes made to the modules.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, test data, record software defects, document software defects, track resolution, and test execution reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change requests.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on testing strategies and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in QA Testing Methodology (testing tools, processes, and standards, types of testing: Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance, Migration/Conversion).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure Cloud.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of automated test tools and version control systems on one or more platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; organizational, creativity, and perseverance skills; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience testing and implementing web and portal-based applications systems in Azure Cloud (including COTS & SaaS).
  • Experience working with clients and technical teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change requests.
  • Demonstrated written skills to document Testing artifacts (Test Cases, Scenarios, etc).
