Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead our QA teams and drive the long-term vision for QA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Quality Assurance teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement QA strategies to enhance product quality, reduce bugs, and streamline testing processes through automation.

  • Interface with business, product, and development teams to understand product vision and requirements.

  • Oversee the development of processes for consistency in QA activities across multiple technology stacks that align with industry best practices.

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance requirements, technical constraints, and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, and business teams to understand product roadmaps, requirements, and ensure efficient testing processes are in place.

  • Establish goals for QA processes and teams, providing regular reports to Senior Leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with applications testing.

  • 3+ years experience leading QA teams.

  • Experience leading and inspiring teams, fostering an environment focused on collaboration and achievement.

  • Expertise in QA process, best practices, methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle, test automation, manual testing, and defect management tools with an emphasis on project management.

  • Experience establishing team vision and goals that align to broader business objectives.
