About the Role

VHA Home HealthCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our scheduling team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, client-centered care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling functions to ensure timely delivery of healthcare services
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, funders, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client service plans and schedules
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (healthcare education preferred)
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare organization or administrative role with extensive scheduling experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
