Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises, including the use of security systems and protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors, including responding to their security-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest security best practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved vendor).
  • Valid Drivers License (G) for Ontario.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine (minimum double vaccination).
  • Able to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test.
  • 6+ months Customer Service experience is mandatory.
  • 1+ year security experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare security, etc. is considered an asset.
  • Must be able to provide certifications in Stay Safe.
