Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at Alpine Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and meeting the needs of our guests.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special requests, provide information about local attractions and services, and ensure that all guests have a positive experience at Alpine Motel.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Word and Central Reservation Systems.
Alpine Motel is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be working in a hotel setting, interacting with guests and staff, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
