Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at Alpine Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Greet and assist guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they provide excellent service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 1-7 months of experience in a front desk or customer service role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Word and Central Reservation Systems.
Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be required to stand for extended periods, work in a combination of sitting and standing, and maintain attention to detail.
