Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Milk Delivery Specialist to join our team at Oxford Milkway Transport Co-Op.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, grade, and transport raw dairy milk ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with Dairy Farms of Ontario guidelines.
  • Safely operate vehicles and equipment, maintain cleanliness, and report any incidents.
  • Adhere to a weekly/monthly driving schedule with the understanding that milk pick-ups occur 365 days a year.
  • Share truck duties with two other drivers; routes subject to change based on needs of the business.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Physical Demands Overview
  • Frequent lifting and lowering of hoses weighing 40-50 lbs.
  • Climbing in and out of the truck and on top of trailers multiple times daily.
  • Performing pre-trip inspections including walking, bending, and lifting.
