Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a critical member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, talent acquisition, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new hire training and provide ongoing support to employees.
  • Manage and distribute HR-related paperwork and documents.
  • Coordinate the requisition process for job openings, including searching for candidates and reviewing applications.
  • Coordinate training and scheduling for new team members.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment law issues and provide guidance to employees.
  • Assist with various research projects and special initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional people skills and knowledge of labor laws and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
