Job Title: Floor Care Specialist

At Jonathan Munez, Genalyn Munez, we are seeking a reliable Floor Care Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a tidy workspace.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
