Job Title: Early Childhood Care Specialist

FELIXBERTA G. ALBEOS seeks a motivated Early Childhood Care Specialist to join our team in a dynamic child care environment. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans.
  • Support colleagues with daily tasks, including housekeeping and cooking.
  • Provide care for infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
  • Develop and implement programs promoting children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
  • Maintain daycare equipment and create a nurturing environment.
  • Engage children through storytelling, singing, and local outings.
  • Assist educators in record-keeping and encourage children's creativity.
  • Guide children in daily routines and prepare snacks and meal arrangements.
  • Monitor children for potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents or supervisors.
  • Discuss children's progress at staff meetings and maintain collaboration with colleagues and community service providers.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE level 1) certification.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
