Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner - Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Sandeeren. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the facility, including floors, walls, and windows.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Repetitive tasks and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) weight handling.
  • Punctuality, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and team player skills.
