Sales Director, Retail Media

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team in North America. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating multiple revenue streams by identifying customer needs and offering solutions from our diverse line of products.
You will prospect new business within your vertical, lead product demonstrations, and develop relationships with key stakeholders to negotiate profitable business terms. You will also be responsible for teaching and guiding your clients throughout the entire sales process to provide them with the best solutions possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in selling software and a deep knowledge of the retail vertical
- Experience developing and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to be a team player and collaborate with our internal stakeholders to deliver on client needs
- Unique ability to solve practical problems and think outside the box when dealing with unexpected situations
- University degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills; you understand the value of teamwork
- Ability to speak a second language is a strong asset
- Strong understanding of the challenger sales methodology

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
