Job Title: Commercial Applications Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Applications Manager to join our team at Quadra Chemicals. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for executing the commercial application and Salesforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the architecture and integration of Salesforce solutions and other commercial applications, ensuring smooth operation and data flow across all platforms.

* Be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from project/feature backlog prioritization, requirement engineering, and development oversight through testing, release, and support.

* Develop detailed business & functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and wireframes.

* Design solutions that include customization, integration, and automation to optimize business processes and deliver actionable insights.

* Establish and enforce best practices for software development, security, and data management.

* Work with the Chief Digital Officer and our Business Transformation Manager to develop the Salesforce and Digital Roadmap.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Relevant Salesforce certifications or other relevant certifications.

* MBA or other business certificate an asset.

* Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a similar leadership position with at least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
