Commercial Applications Manager

Quadra is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Applications Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Salesforce strategy.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and integration of Salesforce solutions and other commercial applications, ensuring smooth operation and data flow across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce development, SaaS application integrations, and Agile project management methodologies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing detailed business & functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and wireframes.
  2. Designing solutions that include customization, integration, and automation to optimize business processes and deliver actionable insights.
  3. Establishing and enforcing best practices for software development, security, and data management.
  4. Managing the Salesforce roadmap and architecture, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  5. Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce integrates fluidly with other enterprise applications.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and relevant Salesforce certifications or other relevant certifications.

They will also have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a similar leadership position with at least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
