Commercial Applications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Applications Manager to join our Digital team at Leevers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing the commercial application and Salesforce strategy, driving business growth and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solutions Development and Process Enhancement:
    • Oversee the architecture and integration of Salesforce solutions and other commercial applications, ensuring smooth operation and data flow across all platforms.
    • Develop detailed business & functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and wireframes.
    • Design solutions that include customization, integration, and automation to optimize business processes and deliver actionable insights.
    • Establish and enforce best practices for software development, security, and data management.
  • Team Management & Business Relationships:
    • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers and Specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Recognize and set regular objectives for the team and offer ongoing support.
    • Collaborate with Digital Leadership team members to implement the project roadmap and strategy.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Relevant Salesforce certifications or other relevant certifications.
    • MBA or other business certificate an asset.
    • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a similar leadership position with at least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
