Job Title: Director, Retail Financing

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Retail Financing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the large partnerships and business development department of Retail Financing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a yearly strategic sales plan that identifies opportunities, risks, and resources required to maximize the company's revenue stream.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team in key selling and customer service interaction.
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve objectives by conducting performance appraisals, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Hire and develop a talented sales team; establish and foster an environment of best practices through effective team mentorship, coaching, and leadership.
  • Focus the sales team on profitable growth opportunities that will ensure overall revenue targets are achieved.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience in sales and business development.
  • Experience in the financial lending industry.
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years' experience leading a team.
