At Alterfina, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and have a strong desire to drive growth and success.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the mechanical protection for vehicles market. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, prospecting, and concluding partnerships with new automotive retailers, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- You will analyze market trends, propose adjustments and innovations to ensure the company's competitiveness, and work closely with management to define strategic orientations.
- You will also act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values of caring, respect, integrity, innovation, and excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing sales and loyalty strategies adapted to market needs.
- Analyzing the competition and adjusting sales approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Making powerful presentations to dealers to demonstrate the added value of our extended warranties.
- Monitoring performance indicators and producing regular reports on progress towards objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of B2B business development experience, ideally in the automotive or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and emerging trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt in a competitive environment.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate market trends.
- High autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and good time management.
