**Corporate Profile**
**Position Description**:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for performing the following roles:
- Daily calls/discussions with assigned partner accounts
- Guide and assist the Partners to understand and locate support programs available to them
- Document results of each Partner/customer call, track open action items by and report status.
- Provide Program Management supports Co-Sell Program Liaison with Partners Collaborate with the global regions to create a cohesive Partner engagement including Revenue, Business Planning and Joint Story Development Including Field Enablement.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
- Must be able to clearly communicate on the telephone in English and demonstrate very good writing skills.
- Comfortable creating documents and working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
- Must be highly proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Will be required to enter data into a customer relationship management (CRM) program to document the status of assigned customers.
- Should have good presentation skills
- Must be sales oriented
